Team SiNAB is heading to DSEI 2023 which will be held at ExCeL London from the 12th – 15th of September. DSEI is a global showcase of innovative defence and security equipment and technologies for land, maritime and aerospace applications and this year’s event will see over 1,500 exhibitors on show. DSEI 2023 will be the most significant and largest iteration of the show in its 24-year history and will tackle the theme of ‘Achieving an Integrated Force’ – highlighting the pertinence of integrating across the five operational domains of Air, Cyber, electromagnetic activities (CEMA), Land, Sea and Space.
SiNAB will be attending DSEI as a partner on the Hood Tech Vision stand H8-386 which will be home to the Phoenix POD for the duration of the show. The Phoenix POD, which features Hood Tech Vision technology, is the most effective solution for providing Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) training with Digitally Aided Close Air Support (DACAS). Compared to other sensor solutions such as the MX-10 or MX-15, the Phoenix POD offers an advantage in that it is an off-the-shelf integrated sensor and communications module that can be readily deployed without requiring modifications to the aircraft. The Phoenix POD’s tactical communications, such as Link 16 and video downlink through its CMDL2, perfectly emulate mission systems to ensure the student is combat ready and allows a seamless transition to operational systems.
We are also fortunate to be joining the Team Defence Australia group for DSEI on stand H5-510 under the NSW Going Global Export Program. The program offers NSW businesses free support to expand to new international markets and we are thrilled to be part of the contingent travelling to London.
