A Vietnam veteran that continues to serve

Our AWAL-approved 1967 Cessna O-2A ‘warbird’ aircraft was manufactured and delivered to the USAF in December of that year. It entered service with the 504th Tactical Air Support Group (Pacific Air Force) in January 1968 at Nha Trang Airbase in Vietnam.

We chose a O-2A as it was a cost-efficient option for an aircraft with pylons that can carry our external stores. The operation and maintenance are in line with AWAL’S manual and Part 132 of CASR and Part 91 of CASR, and it has a history of safe operations.
