August 2-3, Dubbo, NSW
The SiNAB team will be at the Aerial Firefighting Series: Asia Pacific Conference & Exhibition (AFFAPAC) in Dubbo from August 2-3, 2023.
AFFAPAC is dedicated to improving the skills and knowledge used to respond to bushfires and emergencies. The event will feature a two-day conference, an exhibition, and opportunities to see static displays of aircraft.
At AFFAPAC, delegates will be able to inspect and explore the capabilities of the SiNAB Phoenix POD. The Phoenix POD is a fully integrated, self-contained sensor and rapid air-to-ground communication system that attaches to an aircraft to provide intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities.
This event follows the recent announcement of SiNAB securing a $215,000 grant under The Bushfire Commercialisation Fund (BCF), a NSW Government program aimed at accelerating the development and adoption of cutting-edge bushfire technologies. The grant will support the further testing and commercialisation of the SiNAB Phoenix Pod.
The POD has previously been showcased at major defence and aerospace events around the world, including The Farnborough International Airshow, Eurosatory, INDO PACIFIC International Maritime Exposition, World Defense Show, the Hunter Defence Conference, AVALON 2023 Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition, and, most recently, SOF WEEK 2023.
SiNAB will be exhibiting at AFFAPAC alongside Amber Technology (see the floorplan here, we will be at Position 13). Please visit our stand to learn more about the Phoenix POD and how it can help you improve your aerial firefighting capabilities.
