SiNAB signs partnership agreement with BTE Systems to strengthen regional presence across South Korea, Thailand and broader Asia

SiNAB Pty Ltd has signed a partnership agreement with Seoul-based aerospace and defence company BTE Systems LTD, appointing the company as SiNAB’s representative partner across South Korea, Thailand and broader Asian markets.

The agreement reflects SiNAB’s continued international expansion and growing focus on strengthening its presence across key regional defence and aerospace markets, particularly as demand increases for adaptable mission capability, Counter-UAS solutions and aircraft-agnostic mission systems.

Founded in 2001, BTE Systems brings more than two decades of experience across aerospace, defence industry consulting, unmanned aerial target programs and international defence business development. The company has supported programs involving the Republic of Korea Armed Forces, DAPA, KAI and international defence industry partners across the region.

The partnership will support SiNAB’s regional engagement activity for the Phoenix Mission System, including Phoenix 10 and Phoenix 5, across evolving operational requirements and mission environments.

Tony Landers, CEO of SiNAB, said the agreement was an important step in strengthening SiNAB’s regional presence with the right in-market support and relationships.

“Asia continues to be a strategically important region for SiNAB, particularly as operators look for adaptable capability that can be deployed quickly across evolving operational requirements,” said Landers.

“BTE Systems brings deep regional knowledge, established defence industry relationships and strong operational understanding across Korea, Thailand and broader Asian markets. Having the right partner in place on the ground is critical as we continue to expand our international engagement and support activity across the region.”

Mr Keith Lee, CEO of BTE Systems LTD, said the partnership reflected strong alignment between both organisations and growing regional interest in adaptable mission capability.

“We see strong opportunity for collaboration with SiNAB across regional defence and aerospace markets, particularly as operational requirements continue to evolve,” said Lee.

“The Phoenix Mission System represents an innovative and flexible approach to mission capability, and we look forward to supporting SiNAB’s continued growth and engagement activity across Asia.”

The agreement forms part of SiNAB’s broader international growth strategy and follows recent collaboration activity across Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
